ASAT was incorporated in 2001 as a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) headquartered in Arizona, with offices in California.     



The Founder and President, Michael Rendine, a proven visionary and leader in accelerated Flight Test and Space Operations continues to lead the company with the same continuous innovation.
