ASAT has assembled a team of current industry partners with the goal of providing the most capable workforce available. Each team member has committed to consistently provide the government with the best value offerings on each and every Seaport task order. This is done by providing a deep bench of engineers, subject matter experts, and professional services personnel across all functional areas and in all seven zones. Team ASAT is composed of four exceptionally well qualified professional, technical and engineering service providers: ASAT as the Prime, DRT Strategies, ARINC Engineering Services, and Sabre Systems. Team ASAT consists of existing Seaport Prime IDIQ contract holders with a broad range of current and relevant experience performing on Seaport Task Orders.
ASAT was incorporated in 2001 as a Veteran Owned Small Business headquartered in Arizona, with offices in California. ASAT's mission is to defend our national security interests intellectually by providing exceptionally well-qualified engineering and process improvement expertise to our client partners, both Government and Industry Prime Contractors. This is achieved through ASAT's philosophy of performance excelleration. We anticipate evolving skill needs and propose changes to the team 'mix' to meet program technical and schedule challenges in dynamic customer environments. This corporate agility has allowed ASAT to demonstrate consistent growth since 2002 in order to serve our clients with maximum effectiveness.
DRT, a certified 8(a) small disadvantaged business (SDB) and woman-owned consulting firm, was incorporated on December 19, 2003 and has experienced solid growth over the past four years, receiving its 8(a) designation in December, 2006. Our name, DRT, means Driving Resolution Together. We provide small business responsiveness and tailored services, and create value for our clients by delivering field-proven experience and long-term intellectual capital developed by our most important asset - our employees. Most of DRT's projects involve a combination of strategic planning, program management, business process improvement, cost benefit analysis, requirements/design management, stakeholder relationship management, acquisition support, program assessment and monitoring, program/IT consulting, and systems engineering support. These projects are often oriented toward budget/financial management, resources management, accounting, audit, and data management, and involve enterprise-wide programs and initiatives, often ERP or e-Gov type of initiatives. Our staff has experience with ERP implementations, including program management oversight of large IT implementations. DRT staff offers a depth of experience, developed at DRT and other well respected consulting companies, with many of the SeaPort-e Functional Areas.
